Hi there Arnaud!
Good and brilliant job! You have a very structured mind. This subject is so interetsting

It seems that Australia, after having fed the Chinese growth for years, and australian mining industry having been helped by the Chinese sovereign funds' investments (when allowed to enter this protected market), are going to take advantage upon them and to tax them to take a share of this cake at last.

Is this taxing too early? Will that stop foreign investments?
The stock exchange immediatly lost ground last week....And why keeping such mining stocks on the Australian market when they can be bought later cheaper on European markets if needed...Watch the AU$ as well, it can head lower.

Could this law proposal not ever been made? It seems the answer is no because it is the only way the aussie goverment would fill up its inconsidered spendings , and to find money where it could be found.

It is whispered that Australia while having being out of the international crisis for a long time, is derating itself.
