
After completing a degree in advertising, majoring in internet design, Michael was engaged by the Sydney Turf Club (Rosehill and Canterbury race tracks) to develop their website with regards to new technological advancements.
During this time Michael continued studying and completed both award school and the award copywriting course before securing a position as a copywriter for Mccann-Erickson. With a career spanning ten years, Michael has worked on campaigns for Toyota, Stockland, the University of Sydney gambling treatment clinic, IAG, Prodive and a host of others. During this time Michael has won numerous awards for both copywriting and creative strategy.
In 2003 Michael set up Virtual Advertising, a creative agency that produces integrated advertising that utilises creative strategy to produce campaigns which interact between traditional and online mediums. In early 2007 Virtual Advertising partnered with Shift Interactive to form a complete, integrated communications solution for businesses. Michael’s knowledge of advertising, the internet and web 2.0 make him invaluable to companies looking to target this sector of the market.
